Upscale Vehicle Officers – Bilingual (Must speak both English and Spanish)

Job Overview:
We are seeking 4 bilingual security officers for Vehicle Patrol with outstanding customer service and communication skills to join our professional team. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment while delivering exceptional service to clients, guests, and tenants in a high-end corporate building

We are looking for:

• Vehicle Patrol: Wednesday -Friday from 4pm to 12am
• Vehicle Patrol: Thursday from 11:59pm to 6am and Friday – Sunday from 6pm to 6am
• Vehicle Patrol: Thursday – Sunday from 3pm to 11pm
• Vehicle Patrol: Friday – Sunday from

Areas: Miami, 33196/ Homestead, 33035/ Miami, 33185/ Hialeah, 33018

Duties

• Greeting visitors upon arrival in a courteous and professional manner.
• Monitor access control systems in accordance with site protocols.
• Maintain security logs and incident reports with a high degree of accuracy and discretion.
• Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to ensure security protocols are followed.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential risks or suspicious activities.
• Provide directions and respond to inquiries while ensuring a secure environment.
• Patrol regularly in the golf cart and/or vehicle the parking lot to detect parking violations.

Skills

• Previous experience in a security or law enforcement role. (Preferred)
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle emergency situations with composure and professionalism.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• You must have a valid Class D License;
• You must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English
• Must be able to read, write and understand Spanish
• You must agree to be subjected to a criminal background check
• You must be able to pass a drug screen
• You must be legally eligible for employment in the United States (you will be required to provide documentation to verify eligibility)
