Upscale Rover Officer- Bilingual (Must speak both English and Spanish)

Job Overview:
We are seeking bilingual security officers for Golf Cart Patrol and, Concierge with outstanding customer service and communication skills to join our professional team. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment while delivering exceptional service to clients, guests, and tenants in a high-end residential building.

We are looking for:

• Golf Cart Patrol: Wednesday – Thursday from 3pm to 11pm

Areas: Miami, 33136

Duties

• Greeting clients, guests, and tenants upon arrival in a courteous and professional manner.
• Monitor access control systems in accordance with site protocols.
• Maintain security logs and incident reports with a high degree of accuracy and discretion.
• Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to ensure security protocols are followed.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential risks or suspicious activities.
• Provide directions and respond to inquiries while ensuring a secure environment.
• Patrol regularly in the golf cart and/or vehicle the parking lot to detect parking violations.

Skills

• Previous experience in a security or law enforcement role. (Preferred)
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle emergency situations with composure and professionalism.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• You must have a valid Class D License;
• You must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English
• Must be able to read, write and understand Spanish
• You must agree to be subjected to a criminal background check
• You must be able to pass a drug screen
• You must be legally eligible for employment in the United States (you will be required to provide documentation to verify eligibility)
