Armed Site Supervisor

Security Officer Job Responsibilities:

Maintains safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.

Security Officer Job Duties:

• Officer will control access of employees through a metal detector.
• Prevent access of unauthorized individuals.
• Open and close the facility.
• Secures premises by patrolling, monitoring and surveilling assigned area.
• Challenges anyone engaged in suspicious activity.
• Will report any irregularities and call law enforcement if needed.
• Completes incidents and shift reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Officer must be willing to stay past his regular shift if necessary.
• Must be willing to work on some Saturdays.

Security Officer Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be able to read, write, speak, understand and be understood in the English language.
• Must be able to speak and understand the Spanish language.
• Evidence have served at least 5 years in a responsible full-time security position.
• Observe any suspicious activity and report incidents in detail.
• Must be able to legally carry firearm and gear while on duty.
• Must have 3 years minimum of customer service skill.

Available Post:

• Armed Site Supervisor (Mon-Fri 12pm-8pm) 40hrs/week

Salary: $20.50/HR
