Security Officer Downtown Miami Bilingual( English/ Spanish fluently)

“`Duties“` – Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment – Enforce rules, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance and safety – Respond to alarms and emergency situations promptly and appropriately – Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and document findings – Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment to detect suspicious activities – Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and clients as needed – Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary “`Requirements“` – Must have a valid security license or certification – Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military is preferred – Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and conflict management strategies – Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance equipment – Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations – Strong communication skills, both verbal and written – CPR and first aid certification is a plus Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed. ** MUST BE BILINGUAL ENGLISH & SPANISH**
