Security Officer Brickell Area

We are seeking a professional and diligent Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our premises. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

– Regularly patrol and monitor the premises to maintain a safe and secure environment.

– Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations to ensure safety and compliance.

– Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and other incidents.

– Conduct thorough investigations into security breaches or incidents and document findings accurately.

– Operate and monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment to identify suspicious activities.

– Provide exceptional customer service, assisting visitors, employees, and clients as needed.

– Liaise with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure coordinated efforts in maintaining security.

Qualifications & Requirements:

– Valid security license or certification.

– Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is highly desirable.

– Knowledge of loss prevention tactics and conflict resolution strategies.

– Proficiency in using CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment.

– Ability to stay composed and act decisively in high-pressure or emergency situations.

– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

– CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
