AM/PM Shift – $20 per hour
Overnight Shift – $21 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and professional Security Officers to join our team in Sunny Isles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of residents, guests, and property. AM, PM, and Overnight shifts are available.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor building entrances, common areas, and perimeter
• Verify and log visitors, vendors, and deliveries
• Assist residents and guests with access and general inquiries
• Conduct regular security patrols and report any incidents
• Respond promptly to emergencies and follow established procedures
• Maintain accurate incident reports and shift logs
• Coordinate with the front desk and management team
• Ensure compliance with building rules and safety guidelines
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous security or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Ability to remain alert and calm in high-pressure situations
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work assigned shifts
• Basic computer skills for logging and reporting
• Security license (if required by local regulations) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour
