Residential Security Attendant

Kingsley Security is a Customer Service-minded Security firm looking for Security Professionals for one of our Ultra-Luxury Residential properties in Brickell/ South Beach

Job Description

The residential security attendant should be impeccably mannered & discreet. Greet visitors to property, verify and guide access to units, be the gatekeeper of the residences. Monitor entry ways, deliveries and camera images transmitted to Security Station ensuring prompt service response to requests and activity. Have access to resident software with personalized information related to family members, regular guests, and preferences. (We want our Professionals to know our client like their own family)

• To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility in a safe and satisfactory manner, and the individual must be punctual and have a good attendance record, and have reliable means of transportation to work. We are looking for Friendly Professional People with a PASSION for both Security and the Hospitality Industry!
• Creates an environment that assures consistent owner / guest satisfaction at a standard on par with a 5-Star Hotel
• Maintains a strong "familiarity" with property amenities and attractions throughout the South Florida area.
• Document incident reports and updates in a detailed and timely fashion.
• Follow all property specific Post Orders, including but not limited to property foot-patrol, incident response, report writing, radio/cellular communication, etc.

Qualifications

Job Skills Requirements:

• MUST hold a Florida Class D Security License
• A passion for serving guests and providing a warm welcome and exit to the property
• Collaborate with other staff from Property Management Company creating a seamless team environment focused on client satisfaction and enjoyment (Strong Team Players)
• Ability to work under pressure and stand for extended hours staying alert to surroundings
• Conform to the employment requirements of the position, presenting a professional appearance and demeanor and courteously dealing with all residents and their guests.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Handle all resident personal issues in a discreet and confidential manner at all times.
• Always look for ways to improve service to residents.

Computer Skills:

• Company software programs including Building Link and Outlook
• Onsite Hardware; iPads and Desktop Computers

Language Skills: Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. Spanish is a plus but not required.

Experience:

• Preferred experience is 2-3+ years’ experience working in a luxury Hotel and/or Luxury Condominium property
• Ability to work extended/ flexible hours, weekends and holidays and cover shifts when needed
