Part time Unarmed Security Officer

We’re seeking Unarmed Security Officers who combine professionalism, discretion, and hospitality excellence. If you take pride in safety, service, and presentation — we want you on our team.

Schedules for various facilities are as follows:

1. Morning – Monday, Afternoon-Thursday, Friday and Saturday. ( Front Desk)

2.Overnight – Saturday and Sunday ( Front Desk)

3. Afternoon – Friday, Overnight – Saturday and Sunday. ( Rover)

What You’ll Do

• Welcome residents, guests, and visitors with courtesy and professionalism.
• Verify access credentials and monitor entrances, deliveries, and surveillance systems.
• Serve as the gatekeeper ensuring resident privacy, safety, and comfort.
• Respond quickly to service requests, incidents, or emergencies.
• Accurately document reports and maintain communication logs.
• Work closely with property management, concierge, and other departments to deliver a seamless five-star experience.
• Stay familiar with local amenities and attractions for resident assistance.
• Follow all post orders, patrols, and security procedures diligently.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida Class D Security License (required)
• Minimum 2 years of security experience (luxury condos or hotels preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance, reliability, and strong work ethic
• Ability to remain alert and courteous during long or overnight shifts
• Passion for security and hospitality service
• Computer skills (BuildingLink, Outlook, iPad/Desktop proficiency)
