Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Security to oversee all security operations in a high end residential area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets.

– Develop, implement, and manage security strategies, policies, and procedures
– Oversee security staff and provide leadership, guidance, and training
– Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
– Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, to ensure effective security monitoring
– Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services as needed
– Manage security incidents and conduct thorough investigations when necessary
– Implement loss prevention measures to minimize theft and damages
– Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

– High School Diploma, previous experience as a Security Officer.

– 1+ years working in the Security Industry
– Certification in CPR, First Aid, and Conflict Management
– Strong knowledge of surveillance technologies and security systems
– Excellent leadership and communication skills
– Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
– Demonstrated experience in loss prevention strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
