Maü Miami is seeking a professional and courteous Doorman to join our team. The Doorman will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to guests, maintaining security, and assisting with crowd control during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and provide assistance as needed.
• Open doors and assist guests with entering and exiting the restaurant.
• Monitor the entrance area to ensure a safe and orderly flow of traffic.
• Maintain a visible presence at the entrance to deter any unwanted behavior or disturbances.
• Assist with crowd control during peak hours, ensuring that guests are seated in an efficient and organized manner.
• Communicate with the restaurant staff to coordinate guest arrivals and manage seating availability.
• Provide information to guests regarding restaurant services, special events, and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the entrance area, including sweeping and removing debris as needed.
• Respond promptly to any guest inquiries or concerns and escalate issues to management as necessary.
• Assist in resolving conflicts or disturbances in a professional and non-confrontational manner.
• Adhere to Maü Miami's dress code and grooming standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and a welcoming attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Attention to detail and observant of guests' needs.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
