Security Officer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, utilizing surveillance techniques and conflict management skills to prevent incidents and ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises.

Duties

• Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure safety and security.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities, including CCTV surveillance systems.
• Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order within the premises.
• Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed.
• Document incidents, accidents, or unusual occurrences in detail.
• Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary for investigations or emergencies.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage.
• Manage conflicts effectively through de-escalation techniques.

Experience

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
• Familiarity with surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems is highly desirable.
• Training in first aid and CPR is beneficial.
• Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: $18.50 – $20.67 per hour
