Empire Security Services is looking for Customer Service oriented individuals to become part of the Empire Security Services Team. We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

Job Requirements

• Valid Security D License
• Valid Security G License
• Pass background check
• Able to work in a team environment
• Treat all clients and employees in a courteous and professional manner
• Enforce strict access control policies
• Screen visitors and log them in computer system
• Monitor the entrance gates
• Keep detailed shift logs
• Conduct foot patrols and vehicle patrols
• Conduct periodic patrol checkpoints with mobile app and photos
• Maintain communication with management and report any and all incidents
• Produce detailed incident reports
• Report service requests for lights, equipment and property damages
• Proficiency in the use of mobile apps and computers
• Understanding of all site procedures and rules and regulations
• Enforce property rules and regulations
• Keep a clean work environment
• Be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Able to deffuse situations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.50 – $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Security Guards: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
