Outside Sales Executive – CSUSA Security – South Florida

Job Summary

We are CSUSA Security, a premiere private security company that provides elite security personnel for high rise buildings, luxury venues, private estates, premium hotels, and select high net worth individuals. We are seeking an Outside Sales Executive to join our team! This is not a typical sales job, we prefer someone who is looking for a long term career! You will be backed by a very supportive back office and management team. We thrive in over delivering to our clients and want someone who is looking to do the same. Our goal is to make every customer you turn to our service beyond satisfied. There is a lot we do on the backend for you as well, over here you don’t have to worry about getting a raise, if you put in the effort, we give them automatically with a bonus. We want you to enjoy what you do, the least we can do is make that possible and make everyone involved including our clients beyond satisfied.

Basic Daily Tasks:

• Prospect and engage potential customers
• Monday-Friday, no weekends
• Resolve customer inquiries and challenges
• Be in the field speaking to potential clients and prospects
• Follow up on warm leads from our inside sales team
• Be there when your clients need you

​Qualifications:

• 2-5 Years minimum outside sales experience required
• Experience in the private security space preferred
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Motivated
• Able to excel independently
• Must have a vehicle
• Clean Background

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,705.00 – $87,515.00 per year
