Summary

As an Armed Security Officer at Bryant Security, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. This role is vital in upholding our mission to provide top-notch security services while ensuring the safety of personnel and property.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly to alarms and calls for assistance, assessing situations effectively.
• Conduct thorough investigations of incidents, documenting findings accurately.
• Monitor surveillance equipment and maintain vigilance over CCTV feeds.
• Enforce rules and regulations to ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring the health and safety of individuals on site.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required to enhance security measures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in law enforcement or security roles, particularly in armed positions.
• Strong knowledge of loss prevention techniques and conflict management strategies.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operations.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while making critical decisions swiftly.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail for identifying potential threats.
• Law Enforcement or Military Certification

• Sunday-Tuesday 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Wednesday 7:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
