Armed Security Officer Military/ Law Enforcement

We are seeking an experienced Armed Security Officer for a post in Weston. The post is a secured facility.

The initial interview may be conducted over Zoom.

Officer Qualifications:

• 5 years security experience or similar access control based position
• Licensed D and G Security Officer with your own firearm and related equipment
• Professional appearance
• Must have a strong command of the English Language

Compensation:

• Officers: $22.00 per hour

Schedule:1 -16Hours

• 10:00 AM – 18:00 (Saturday)
• 10:00 AM- 18:00 ( Sunday)

Schedule:2

• 06:00-14:30- Monday- Friday
• OFF –Saturday & Sunday

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be well groomed with a professional appearance
• Must have a valid Class D and Class G Security License
• Must have your own firearm, duty belt, 2 extra magazines and a retention holster. Equipment is subject to inspection, prior to being assigned to the post.
• Must be able to pass a Level II criminal background investigation and drug screening
• Must have DD214 of Law Enforcement Certificate

Skills:
– Proficiency in CCTV monitoring and surveillance techniques
– Ability to respond quickly in case of emergencies

Duties:
– Patrol designated areas to detect and prevent unauthorized access
– Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms
– Respond to emergencies and security threats
– Conduct security checks and inspections
– Write detailed incident reports
