Experienced Doorman / Host Security Officer – Exclusive Members Club

Job Summary:

Are you an experienced professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry? We are seeking candidates with over 5 years of experience in Doorman/Maître D’ operations for a prestigious dining establishment and Members-Only club. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive and depart in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Assist guests with door opening and closing.
• Manage guest flow and assist with seating arrangements.
• Provide information about the establishment and its services.
• Maintain a clean and organized entrance area.
• Collaborate with the restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in high-end restaurant Door/Maître D' operations.
• Appearance: Impeccable grooming and professional attire required. Candidates must possess a tailored black suit, white and black button down shirt, and black tie.
• Licensing: Applicants must be willing to obtain a Class D security license. Assistance for licensing can be provided through Allstar Security.
• References: Must be available and will be thoroughly verified to confirm your professional abilities and experience.
• Communication Skills: Must have excellent communication skills and be fully fluent in English.
• Crowd Management: Ability to manage large crowds, fully understand and enforce dress code compliance during peak rush hours.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods at a designated post.
• Familiarity with food service or restaurant environments is advantageous.
