Front Gate Attendant

We are currently seeking qualified individuals to fill the Afternoon Front Gate position at our facility. This is an important role that involves managing access to the premises during the late-night hours. Details of the position are as follows:

Position: Afternoon Front Gate Staff

Working Hours: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Working Days:

3:00 PM to 11:00 PM: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

7:00 AM to 3:00 PM: Monday

Off Days: Tuesdays and Wednesday

Hourly Rate: $14.50

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the premises during the designated shift.
• Greet residents, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Verify identification, issue parking passes, and ensure compliance with parking regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of individuals entering and exiting the property.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to any security or emergency situations.
• Collaborate with the security team to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role or security-related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain alert and focused during overnight hours.
• Familiarity with security protocols and procedures.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping purposes.

Please note that there may be occasions where personnel is needed to cover other shifts, providing opportunities for overtime work.
