The Lincoln is a lively cocktail bar located on the Westside. We are a 21 and over venue.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a reliable and outgoing security guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors.

**Responsibilities:**

– Check the identification of all visitors and ensure that they are authorized to be on the premises

– Provide assistance to anyone in need, such as providing first aid or escorting individuals to a secure area

– Maintain a high level of situational awareness and be prepared to respond to any situation

– Collaborate with law enforcement and other security personnel as needed

– Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to all security protocols

– Perform duties with an attention to detail and a focus on loss prevention

– Manage conflicts and situations with a calm and assertive demeanor

– Complete incident reports and other necessary paperwork

– Participate in training and continuing education programs to enhance skills and knowledge

– Maintain a clean and organized work environment

**Skills:**

– Certificate in loss prevention or a related field

– Experience in working in a customer service or hospitality based work enviornment

– Strong conflict management skills

– Ability to work independently or as part of a team

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Physical fitness and ability to walk or stand for extended periods

– Excellent communication skills

– Ability to remain vigilant and alert during long periods of time

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week

• Guard Card (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Venice, CA 90291: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
