Bilingual Security Officer

Job Title: Bilingual Security Officer, Spanish & English

Schedule: Sat-Sun 6am to 2pm + Mon-Tues 2pm to 10pm, 32hrs

Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Security Officer. This position is customer facing and will require Spanish AND English speaking skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols on foot to ensure the security and safety of the residential premises.
• Monitor and control access to the property, verifying credentials and permissions.
• Respond promptly to any incidents, alarms, or security breaches and take appropriate action.
• Report any suspicious activities, hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate authorities.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting residents and visitors with inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports regarding daily activities and incidents.

Requirements:

• Possession of a valid Guard Card is mandatory.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and walking for long periods of time.
• Must be fluent in Spanish/English
• Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and professionalism.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Overnight shift
