Unarmed Security Guard

Job Summary:
Monitor and coordinate the security operations to maintain a secure and safe premise. Accurately and objectively report and document incidents and unusual activities during assigned shift.

• Supervise and train new officers
• Inspects and evaluates security officers for appearance, alertness, and proper performance.
• Communicate company policies and procedures to all staff.
• Respond immediately to open shifts
• Assist with complaints from clients.
• Assist with Investigations of accidents, thefts, and other unlawful activities.
• Able to work extended hours and various shifts.
• Able to always represent the company in a professional manner.
• Must maintain satisfactory attendance and performance throughout employment as a Post Commander
• Inspect and replace equipment used by the security officers.
• Must be able and willing to stand post at client locations on an as needed basis due to emergencies or as extra support.

– Ability to Pass Drug Test

– Must be able to work in various working environments including adverse outdoor conditions such as rain, heat, cold.

– MUST HAVE Current Guard card

-Must have your own reliable transportation to get to and from work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
