Overview

We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Door Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for charging customers the entry fee and relaying the rules of the establishment while maintaining security and ensuring a safe environment for all patrons and staff.

Responsibilities

– Collect entry fee

– Monitor surveillance cameras and premises to prevent theft, violence, or rule violations

– Manage conflicts and disturbances effectively and professionally

Skills

-Customer Service – Greet and assist patrons, answer questions, and handle difficult customers politely.

-Cash Handling – Process payments accurately, provide change, and balance the register.

-Club Rules Knowledge – Clearly explain rules, check IDs, and enforce policies.

-Attention to Detail – Monitor behavior, prevent fraud, and ensure proper documentation.

-Security Awareness – Work with security to ensure safety and report any issues.

-Time Management – Manage lines efficiently, especially during busy times.

-Communication – Provide clear instructions and collaborate with staff.

-Problem-Solving – Resolve customer disputes and ensure a smooth experience.

-Discretion – Maintain professionalism and handle sensitive situations respectfully.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.28 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 24 per week

Experience:

• Gentleman’s club: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Los Angeles, CA 90046 (Required)
