Location: Long Beach, CA 90808

Pay: $28.00 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday 1st shift (Must be able to work any shift/day to cover emergencies)

SCIS is seeking a dynamic Security Site Supervisor to oversee operations across a site in an assigned area. This position is ideal for a solid leader with security operations experience, keen problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster lasting relationships with both employees and clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise contract employees across assigned sites to ensure operational quality
• Proactively address concerns with clients and employees
• Oversee hiring, training, development, and retention in coordination with HR and leadership
• Investigate incidents and ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures
• Manage payroll, accounting, and administrative processes
• Maintain site access and badging requirements per industry regulations
• Ensure a professional, high-performance work environment

What You Bring:

• US citizenship
• 1 year of prior Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience and previous Supervisory Experience
• Must have a valid/current California Guard Card/Security License
• Must possess an active/Final Secret Security Clearance (Dept. of Defense)
• Strong ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other computer applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
