Job Description:

As a Patrol Security Guard you will play a pivotal role in our mission to safeguard our clients' assets and maintain a secure environment. You must possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Patrol Guard, demonstrating proficiency in all aspects of patrol security duties. Flexibility to work all shifts is essential to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure adherence to post orders, providing guidance and training to personnel as necessary.
• Uphold high standards of service delivery, providing constructive feedback to the Operations Manager for continuous improvement.
• Assign and oversee work assignments, offering support and coaching to staff members as required.
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager to ensure adequate staffing during after-hours shifts.
• Regularly inspect client sites to maintain optimal coverage and compliance with post orders, fostering positive relationships with employees to boost morale.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and impeccable driving record to carry out vehicle patrol duties effectively.
• Assume responsibilities for vacant posts as needed to maintain security operations seamlessly.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to security issues or emergency situations as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with educational prerequisites, including possession of a high school diploma or equivalent, BSIS Guard card, and proficient command of the English language.
• Hold authorization to work in the United States and obtain and present MDR (Motor Vehicle Report) from the DMV website.

Experience Requirements:

• Preference for candidates with prior service in the US Military, Military reserves, or National Guard.
• Demonstrated success with a minimum of five (5) years of verifiable security experience.
• An Associate Degree or higher is desirable, showcasing commitment to professional development.
