As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Security Operations Administrator to support the efficient management of our security operations and ensure the safety of our workplace environment. Position Overview:

The Security Operations Administrator will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management and coordination of security operations across multiple locations. This role involves overseeing security processes, managing records, supporting security personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with security teams and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Security Operations Support: Assist in the daily management and coordination of security operations, ensuring smooth execution of security protocols and response plans.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of security incidents, reports, equipment inventories, and employee access logs. Prepare regular reports for senior management on security performance and incidents.
  • Coordination with Security Teams: Support the scheduling and management of security personnel, ensuring adequate coverage across all shifts and locations. Assist with training and briefing security staff on updated policies and procedures.
  • Vendor & Equipment Management: Help manage relationships with third-party security vendors and suppliers. Ensure security equipment (CCTV, alarms, access control systems, etc.) is maintained, repaired, and upgraded as needed.
  • Risk Assessment: Assist with identifying and assessing security risks, and help implement proactive solutions to mitigate potential threats to company assets and personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an admin or operations role
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and security management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of security systems, surveillance equipment, and access control technologies is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve security-related issues effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.50 – $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

  • Night shift
  • Overnight shift
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
