Security Officer

As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated and vigilant Security Officers

Responsibilities

• Operate magnetometers and screen guests during ingress
• Vet attendees for proper tickets or credentials in designated areas
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with directions (wayfinding)
• Monitor crowds and enforce stadium rules and policies
• Prevent unauthorized field access and assist with crowd control
• Provide access control at restricted entrances
• Respond to incidents or emergencies professionally and promptly

Requirements

• License Guard must hold a valid CA BSIS security guard card
• First Aid and CPR certification are highly desirable.
• Familiarity loss prevention strategies is preferred.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and interaction with others.
• Ability to handle conflict situations calmly and professionally while maintaining a strong presence.
