Job description

Nightlife/Restaurant Security

Our Nightlife and Restaurant Security team members are the first and last faces our patrons see. They are employed for the safety and security of all our guests and staff, and they work tirelessly to make sure the customers’ nights are fun and exciting. .

Responsibilities:

• Greeting patrons and checking IDs
• Providing security and safety
• Protecting bar patrons and staff
• Monitoring bar or club perimeter for safety concerns
• Assessing customer aggression or intoxication

Skills & Qualification:

• Ability to assess threats and over-intoxication.
• Comfortable talking to people.
• Ability to manage multiple people and situations while maintaining composure.
• California State Guard Card
• Restaurant/Bar experience a plus
• Must be available weekends and nights
• Black Suit required for Nightlife events

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Police or military background

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting Rate for Security Officers is $20-$25 DOE
