Security Guard

*Job Summary*

We are seeking a Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.

*Duties*

– Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence

– Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property

– Investigate alarms or disturbances

– Create reports of any suspicious activities

– Provide assistance to people in need

– Ensure compliance with company security policies

– Operate detecting devices and emergency equipment

*Experience*

– Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related field preferred

– Possession of relevant certificates such as First Aid, CPR, or Loss Prevention is a plus

– Ability to handle conflicts with tact and diplomacy

– Military or law enforcement background is advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 – $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Sherman Oaks, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
