Concierge/Security Officer

Our Santa Monica facilities are seeking to hire one full-time and one part-time Concierge/Security Officer to enhance our dedicated workforce. We take pride in ensuring the safety of our residents and staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver exceptional service to our residents and staff.
• Carry out tasks assigned by the Administrator and other team members.
• Monitor, maintain, and inspect the facilities.
• Enforce rules and regulations in accordance with company policy.
• Respond to incidents, collect relevant information, and document findings.
• Request emergency personnel in high-risk situations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A valid BSIS Guard Card is required.
• A valid Driver’s License.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Availability of a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Pay rate and working hours will be discussed during the interview.

Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
