Security Officer/Supervisor

As a Security Guard Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing security staff at various sites, ensuring all guards are performing their duties effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background in the security industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities across different locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of security guards across various locations
• Ensure security staff adhere to company and client protocols and standards
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure proper security measures are in place
• Train and mentor security guards to ensure optimal performance
• Handle employee scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations
• Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly and professionally
• Maintain strong client relationships and address their security concerns
• Prepare detailed reports on security operations, incidents, and issues
• Assist in hiring and onboarding new security personnel

Requirements:

• Valid California Guard Card
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Clean criminal history
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

• Guard Card (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)
