Security Guard – Graveyard (Saturday-Tuesday)

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Security Officer to join our team, working collaboratively with other team members in a consistent and stable environment. This position offers a fixed schedule at a single location, ideal for those looking for reliable hours and steady work.

Shift Schedule:

• Saturdays – Tuesdays: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (32 hours/week)

Responsibilities:

• Shelter Entrance Monitoring: Manage the entry and exit of all visitors, employees, guests, partners, and vendors through the shelter’s designated entry point.
• Bag & Person Screening: Conduct thorough searches of participants and their belongings upon entering the shelter to ensure the safety of everyone while maintaining dignity and professionalism.
• Premises Patrol: Regularly patrol the facility to detect signs of intrusion, secure the premises, and create necessary reports.
• Shelter Safety: Ensure safe shelter operations during patrols by reporting and addressing spills, unsafe conditions, or faulty equipment. Monitor clients, conduct dorm and perimeter checks, and assist the clinical/case management staff when required.
