FIFA – Event Security

Be a part of the Greatest sporting event in USA history as we celebrate the FIFA World Cup on home soil!

We are seeking energetic, vigilant FIFA-Event Security personnel to ensure the safety and smooth operation of large-scale international sporting events. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through proactive surveillance, access control, conflict management, and emergency response. Your dedication will help create a safe experience for attendees, staff, and participants alike. Duties

• Monitor event venues and conduct regular surveillance to identify potential security threats
• Control access points by verifying credentials and managing entry for staff, guests, vendors, and contractors
• Respond swiftly to incidents or conflicts, employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations
• Conduct thorough security checks on individuals and belongings to prevent unauthorized access or prohibited items
• Provide first aid or CPR when necessary and coordinate with emergency responders during incidents
• Enforce event policies and loss prevention measures to safeguard attendees and property
• Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records for accountability and review

Skills

• Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service or related fields with a focus on event security
• Certification in first aid, CPR, or emergency medical response highly preferred
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and conflict resolution techniques
• Ability to quickly assess situations and respond appropriately in high-stress environments
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and emergency services
