We are a leading security services provider committed to delivering high-quality protection and customer service. We are currently seeking a dedicated Security Patrol Supervisor to join our team and oversee unarmed security operations.

Job Description:

As a Security Patrol Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing security patrols at assigned locations, maintaining positive client relationships, and ensuring the effective performance of security officers. You will be an integral part of our team, providing leadership, training, and support to ensure a safe and secure environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol assigned locations to ensure security officers are following protocols and maintaining a strong presence.
• Maintain and build client relationships by addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Listen to client and staff concerns, address issues promptly, and communicate solutions effectively.
• Conduct post checks on security officers to ensure adherence to post orders and operational standards.
• Provide training and corrective guidance to security officers to ensure they are performing their duties correctly.
• Ensure all officers are completing their Daily Activity Reports using the company app.
• Fill in for officers who are unable to work due to call-offs or tardiness.
• Respond to emergency situations, provide assistance as needed, and report incidents to management.

Qualifications:

• Previous security experience required, with experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team of security officers.
• Proficient in using mobile apps and technology for reporting and communication.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
