Security Patrolman

Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Patrolman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to security protocols, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle situations with professionalism and tact.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of security/patrol experience.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must possess a valid guard card.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a clear driving record (Will need to provide upon request)
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to calls related to trespassing, domestic disturbances, noise complaints, and other related incidents.
• Locking and unlocking common areas such as laundry rooms and pools.
• Completing regular sector sweeps to ensure all servicing areas are secure and well-maintained.
• Drafting clear and concise incident reports in a timely fashion.
• Maintaining a flexible schedule to cater to the needs of the premises.

• Proficient in drafting reports and maintaining documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
