Armed Security Guard-Part Time Position-Fri and Sat at Family Fun Bowling Center

Payroll is weekly each Friday. You must have a smartphone in order to clock in and have basic proficiency with cell phone use and apps. Reliable transportation and good follow-through are a must.

MUST HAVE BSIS FIREAMRS PERMIT

MUST HAVE EQUIPMENT- which includes Black BDU SECURITY PANTS and Belt. We supply Polo. You may wear other items such as OC Spray if licensed/shell carrier. Neat and professional grooming.

Shifts are every Fri and Sat night 8pm to 2am (Approximate Times)

Please enjoy working with people. Patrons are coming to have a good time so please know this is a concierge style of security. Friendly mostly but can handle business when needed. Professional and attentive.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Armed Guard to join our security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for protecting people and property within a secure environment. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to upholding the law.

Responsibilities:

– Patrol designated areas to ensure the safety and security of individuals and assets.
– Conduct surveillance to identify potential threats and prevent criminal activity.
– Respond to security breaches, alarms, or other emergencies as necessary.
– Maintain a high level of situational awareness and be prepared to react to unexpected situations.
– Demonstrate conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations.
– Maintain accurate records of security incidents and activities.
– Perform routine security checks and inspections to ensure compliance with security protocols.
– Participate in loss prevention and risk management initiatives to minimize security risks.

– Strong physical fitness and the ability to withstand high-stress situations.

Expected hours: 12 – 18 per week
