Part-time UNARMED Guard at FAMILY FUN CENTER

Job Overview
We are seeking a RELIABLE, highly skilled, and dedicated UNARMED GUARD to join our security team in LOS ANGELES, CA. at a FAMILY FUN CENTER. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional conflict management skills and the ability to maintain a secure environment.

You must be a well-spoken, professional, and thoughtful self-starter whose experience enables them to take initiative, think on their feet, and be attentive to security needs as they present. You will be responsible for protecting property, personnel, and assets while ensuring compliance with security protocols.

You must be available to work the following weekly schedule:

* FRIDAY & SATURDAY 6PM-2AM

* SUNDAY 5PM-11PM

Duties

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect unauthorized activities.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action
• Conduct thorough inspections of entire property to identify security risks.
• Manage rowdy customers to keep them compliant with acceptable behavior
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required.
• Report accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations when required.
• Prevent outside food, alcohol, drugs, and weapons from entering building
• Stay to close with manager on duty. Exit building together.
• Clear out guests at closing time.

Experience

• Previous experience in military service or a related field preferred.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with INTEGRITY
