Unarmed Bank Security Guard

We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer in the Downtown Los Angeles area. This position is a Day shift, Monday – Saturday. We are also looking for someone with experience in Bank Security. The ideal candidate will be vigilant, professional, and capable of responding effectively to security concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor site conditions to identify potential security concerns or safety hazards.
• Respond promptly to alarms and notify the police or fire department in case of emergencies, such as fires or unauthorized access.
• Verbally warn individuals of rule infractions and ensure compliance with property regulations.
• Allow authorized personnel to enter the property and monitor access points to maintain security.
• Monitor and enforce property removal policies to deter theft and unauthorized activities.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while assisting customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous manner.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
