We are experiencing tremendous growth – over 200% within the past few years – and we are currently seeking a Overnight Courtesy Patrol for our communities in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities:

Monday- Friday 12:00am-8:00am

• Ensuring the smooth and efficient running and the patrol of the building.
• Responding to the needs of residents and addressing any problems that occur during the shift.
• Reporting all major issues with regional and or law enforcement.
• Communicating effectively with all tenants who arrive in and out of the building.
• Managing all tenant complaints.
• Assisting residents with their queries and needs.

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and courtesy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour
