AX9 Security, Inc. is hiring ARMED Responders,the following are the requirements to be considered for the position:

• Clean Driving Record, No Points
• Ability to pass 11 Panel Drug screen
• 10 year background check required
• Reliable Transportation, -mileage reimbursement will be provided
• Valid CA Guard Card, Exposed Firearm Permit
• Own your own gear
• Knowledge in phone and tablet applications, tech savvy
• Open Availability

The selected candidates will perform various armed security officer duties as outlined by contract requirements and site-specific post orders.

These duties may include:

• Access control for guests and customers
• Enforcing client and company policies and procedures
• Observation and reporting of fire and safety hazards
• Conducting routine foot patrols in and around buildings
• Reporting all pertinent issues and incidents to the operations manager, clients, and other department managers
• Interaction with a variety of persons including clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the general public
• Writing reports
• Other assigned duties

This position may require working inside and outside in varying temperatures. This position requires standing for prolonged periods of time, walking, bending, and lifting. A portion of some positions may require sitting in front of a computer or monitor for periods of time.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Guard Card
• Must have firearm certification
• Must be 21 years of age
• Armed licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment
• Must have reliable method for transportation
• Must possess exceptional customer service skills
• Must be able to multitask
• Must be able to write reports
• Must be able to operate and maintain site specific security programs
• Must be punctual
• Previous security experience is preferred
