Doorman, Giorgio Armani

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Doorman will be responsible for welcoming guests to the boutique in a warm manner and assisting them as desired. Provide a presence in the building to ensure that daily activities and events are executed with ease.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To greet guests upon arrival and assists with services and requests.
• To develop a strong knowledge of the location’s facilities and services and of the surrounding area.
• To project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service
• To abide by and support policies and procedures in all areas of risk management, physical security, store controls, inventory management, and inter-store communication.
• To maintain departmental collaboration with all other departments to insure smooth operation of facility.
• To ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and directives

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years of experience in the field
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills both verbal and written
• Able to speak effectively in interpersonal situations

• High School Diploma or GED required
• College degree preferred
