Class D Residential Security Guard Location: Jacksonville, FL Company: Property Advisors Management Schedule: Part-time positions available (Evenings, Weekends, and Overnight Shifts) The schedule can expand if more hours are needed onsite.

Pay: Starting at $16.00-18.00/hour (Based on experience)

Property Advisors Management is seeking dependable and professional Class D Licensed Security Guards to provide a secure and welcoming environment at our residential properties. If you are alert, customer-service oriented, and take pride in keeping people safe, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor residential property to prevent unauthorized access, disturbances, and safety hazards
• Conduct routine patrols of premises and report any suspicious activity
• Greet residents and guests in a professional, courteous manner
• Ensure all entry gates, doors, and security systems are properly functioning
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, coordinating with law enforcement as needed
• Complete daily reports and incident logs clearly and accurately
• Enforce property rules and community guidelines

Qualifications:

• Valid Florida Class D Security License (Required)
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior security or customer service experience preferred
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and/or overnight shifts
