Job Description

Moosehaven is HIRING!

We are looking for a new member to join our TEAM! The ideal candidate must be dependable, likes to work with people.

POSITION:

Title: Security Guard

Status: Part Time, 16 hours per week

Schedule: 6a – 2p, every Sunday and Monday

MUST HAVE:

Valid Florida Drivers License
Comfortable using a computer
Must be able to pass a drug test and Level 2 Background check

Essential Job Functions

Patrol campus and grounds to ensure the safety and security of the employees, residents and visitors.

Respond to emergency situations on campus according to policies and procedures

Respond to all building alarms. Insure buildings are safe and secure

Operate Main Gate (Gatehouse) when assigned. Open and operate additional gates when necessary and as needed for special events.

Provide security and traffic control for special activities and events

Conduct checks of campus perimeter boundaries and Cemetery.

Successfully complete and maintain (required certifications in CPR, first aid and fire extinguisher use, as well as any other) all training necessary.

Maintain Logs, Document incidents and write reports as is necessary

Maintain confidentiality of employees and resident’s information

Perform other assignments as assigned
