Security Officer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, ensuring the safety of all individuals on the premises.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Utilize surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems to monitor activities and maintain detailed logs of incidents.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to safeguard assets and minimize theft or damage.
• Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary, ensuring immediate care for injured individuals.
• Manage conflicts effectively through de-escalation techniques and conflict management skills.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, providing necessary support during investigations.

Experience

• Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems (CCTV) and loss prevention techniques is advantageous.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
• Strong conflict management skills are essential for handling various situations professionally.
• A background in military service or law enforcement can be beneficial for this role.

Pay: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour
