Responsibilities

• Patrol designated areas regularly to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security risks.
• Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to observe activity and detect suspicious behavior.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct thorough inspections of personnel, vehicles, and packages to prevent theft, loss, or security breaches.
• Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
• Maintain detailed incident reports and logs of daily activities, ensuring accurate documentation of any security events.
• Provide first aid or CPR when necessary and assist in conflict management to de-escalate tense situations effectively.

Skills

• Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields.
• Strong surveillance capabilities with proficiency in CCTV operation and monitoring techniques.
• Knowledge of conflict management strategies and ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable to respond effectively during medical emergencies.
• Familiarity with loss prevention methods and security best practices to minimize theft or damage.
• Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and the public.
