Armed Security Officer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Armed Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Duties
– Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion
– Enforce regulations and ensure compliance with company policies
– Monitor surveillance equipment and respond to alarms / Deter shoplifting and any issues that occur
– Conduct security checks and inspections / Be Visible showing a presence
– Respond to emergencies and provide assistance as needed

Requirements
– Prior experience in loss prevention, law enforcement, or military is preferred
– Possession of CPR and First Aid certifications
– Proficiency in conflict management and de-escalation techniques
– Ability to operate CCTV systems effectively
– Must hold a valid unarmed/armed security officer license & Have Reliable Transportation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

• Jacksonville, FL (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Jacksonville, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
