Armed Security Officer (Night Shift)

Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Armed Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the facility using surveillance tools such as CCTV systems to monitor for suspicious activity or security breaches
• Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents, alarms, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary
• Manage access control by verifying identities of visitors, contractors, and employees while maintaining detailed logs of entries and exits
• Perform thorough inspections of the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access
• Utilize conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations calmly and professionally
• Maintain accurate incident reports, shift logs, and security documentation for accountability and review purposes
• Implement loss prevention strategies by monitoring surveillance footage and conducting targeted patrols to deter theft or misconduct

Experience

• Prior experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
• Familiarity with conflict management techniques and emergency response protocols
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure
• Strong understanding of security procedures, loss prevention methods, and legal considerations related to security operations

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
