Security Guard

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Security Guard to join our team at an Apartment Complex. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for tenants and employees. We are looking for someone to work from 10pm-5 am on Saturday and Sunday and 2 nights during the week. The weeknights will change from week to week and can be set according to your schedule. We would like them to vary week to week.

Duties
– Conduct regular patrols to ensure security of the premises
– Monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings, equipment, and access points
– Respond to alarms and security incidents
– Enforce rules, regulations, and policies to ensure safety
– Provide assistance to tenants and employees when needed

Qualifications
-Bilingual

-Security guard experience

-Must be able to pass background check and drug screening

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Bilingual: 1 year (Required)
