Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Flex Security Officer to join our team on an on-call basis. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients by patrolling, monitoring surveillance equipment, and conducting security checks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol assigned areas to ensure the security of premises and personnel
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms to detect suspicious activity
• Conduct security checks and inspections according to established procedures
• Respond to emergencies and security incidents in a timely and professional manner
• Complete accurate and detailed reports documenting security activities
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Security License/Certification (if required by state or local regulations)
• Previous security experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must have reliable transportation
