Key Responsibilities
- Monitor facility entrances, exits, and surrounding areas
- Conduct regular patrols and maintain detailed activity logs
- Respond calmly and professionally to incidents or emergencies
- Support staff and residents with respect, patience, and strong communication
- Enforce safety procedures and uphold facility standards
- Maintain a positive, reliable, and professional presence at all times
Requirements- To qualify, applicants must meet the following:
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Texas Security License (Level II or III)
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be able to work assigned shifts and locations
- Valid driver’s license, if duties require driving
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Clear criminal background as required by state licensing (NO FELONIES)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in security, residential care, youth programs, or healthcare
- Training in crisis intervention, de-escalation, or trauma-informed care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
