FT $15 per Hour 2nd shift North Fwy Patrol Non Commissioned Officer

Here at Star Protection we are seeking a mature, safe, local Security Officer to join our team and help ensure the safety of our premises in our company vehicle. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitor and reporting all incidents that occur with residents of the strip mall, visitors, and vendors. To guard against theft and maintain security of strip mall. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership experience, excellent observational skills, a strong sense of responsibility and an ability to stay calm in emergency situations. The ideal candidate will have experience in vehicle patrol and be able to work independently during the night shift. MUST BE RELIABLE AND READY TO WORK

• Active Drivers License
• No Serious Criminal History (no felonies last 20 years, no Class A or B misdemeanors last 5 years, no theft or violent crimes)

Responsibilities:

• Patrol designated areas in a vehicle to ensure safety and security
• Monitor and report any suspicious activity or incidents
• Respond to alarms and emergencies as needed
• Complete daily reports and logs
• Return vehicle to designated location at the end of shift

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to conduct Access Control, allowing entrance to site only to authorized personnel
• Familiarity with report writing
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills
• Tech-savvy with experience using apps to generate reports
• Licensed Security Officer with State of Texas
• Education: High School Diploma or GED
