Payrate:$15.00 hr.

Position Type: Level 2 Officer ( Apartments Complex)

Workdays: Tuesday- 7p-3a, Wednesday 10p-6a, Thursday 8p-4a, and Saturday 10p-6a (32hrs)

Unarmed officer needed near Stafford, Missouri City, Sugarland, and Richmond area to become an integral part of our team. The selected individual will Foot patrol outside and inside both office buildings and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons. This post required Driver License

• Observe and Report suspicious activity.
• Reporting Daily Logs Electronic
• Must maintain a neat professional appearance at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service to our client.
• Respond quickly to critical situations.
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
• Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma/ GED
• Driver License (Required)
• Social Security Card
• Security License is a Plus
• Must pass Criminal background Check.
• Must have Own Transportation
• Working Cell Phone
• Ability to Read, Write
• Strong attention to detail
